As we enter\nthe Holiday season, we recognize that this is the perfect time of year to pause\nand reflect on all of our blessings and all that we are grateful for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I personally feel blessed to be part of a company that\nbelieves we should do the same in our professional life. In November, we met\nfor a two-day manager retreat to complete business training, develop our\nleadership skills, and most importantly, to spend some quality time with our\ncoworkers in a relaxed environment. We continued to cultivate our knowledge in\nExcel, on our internal operating system, and on various topics like leading\nthrough generations and work-life balance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
With all that said, I didn\u2019t drive home after the retreat\npondering the new possibilities of what I could do with my newly discovered Excel\nskills. I drove home thinking about my coworkers. Thinking how much I enjoyed\ntalking to them and hearing about their personal lives, their struggles, and\ntheir successes. I drove home thinking about people.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s a consciousness that has stayed with me as I enter\nDecember. We may be dealing with co-workers, bosses, Lely personnel, farmers,\netc., but what is the one thing these groups all have in common? We\u2019re all\npeople. And that is what I\u2019m grateful for this year, the people in my life who\nI\u2019ve built relationships with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n At Lely Center Mid-Atlantic, we take that awareness with us\ninto our daily activities. We don\u2019t want to come service your farm or sell you\na robot just because we need to keep the lights on. We want to do so because we\nrecognize you as a person.<\/em> We want to help you. We want to offer a\nsolution to a problem you are facing. We want to make your life easier. And\nwhile we\u2019re at it, we\u2019d like to get to know you better and know what makes you,\nyou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Life is too short to go through the mundane without building\nrelationships with the people you interact with each day. We hope you find time\nto pause in this Holiday season and reflect on all your blessings this year. If\nwe haven\u2019t had a chance to form a relationship with you yet, we look forward to\ndoing so in the coming year. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
