By now, current customers should have received an email about the upcoming changes in Horizon’s pricing structure- this email was sent to the associated address in your Lely Portal. To be clear, the prices for each level are not changing- the discount everyone has been getting is just going away.
For the last few years, customers have been getting a price discount “advance for control,” which means customers were on the Advanced level, enjoying advanced features, just at the cost of the control level price. This discount will end at the end of June.
Below is a shortened list of the level breakdown, pulling out features customers use the most:
Basic-

Starting June 22nd a pop-up will appear on Horizon- if you do not want to stay at the Advanced level of Horizon, that is the time to change to either Control or Basic. You can also do this at any time through your Lely Portal account. All pricing information is based on the number of lactating cows going through the robot and is available in your Lely Portal.
