The July 19, 2021, issue of Progressive Dairy contained an article from Ian Gallacher titled Robot repairs: The solution or the problem? The article brought to light many great points about troubleshooting and servicing robots. As a Lely Center Manager, I felt called to respond to the article. The balance of service is something that both farmers and dealers need to be aware of. A dialogue which involves both sides of the coin is necessary to further our robotic industry ensuring success for current and future robotic users.
